yes, but much less than traditional cigarettes
you are still inhaling chemicals, but you are not inhaling all the waste products and tar that you are with traditional cigarettes.
they still arent good for you since i believe anything inhaled that goes into your lungs isnt good in general, your lungs suffocate that way, but its helped a lot of people quit smoking
